利用規約 Terms of Service

1. 適用

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Hasegawa Yuki（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「Wakuru（ワクル）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。利用者は本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. ライセンス

当社は利用者に対し、本規約に従って本アプリを非独占的・譲渡不可の範囲で利用する権利を許諾します。リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、無断改変は禁止します。

3. 利用者のコンテンツ

利用者が編集する動画・写真等（以下「利用者コンテンツ」）の権利は利用者に帰属します。編集・書き出しは端末内で処理され、当社は利用者コンテンツを取得・保存しません。利用者は必要な権利を有していることを保証します。

4. サブスクリプション（Wakuru Pro）

• 自動更新サブスクリプション「Wakuru Pro」を提供します。
• プランと価格: 年額 ¥4,800 / 週額 ¥680（税込。価格は変更される場合があります）。
• 課金は購入確定時に Apple ID に請求されます。
• 期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、同額で自動更新されます。
• 更新料金は期間終了前24時間以内に請求されます。
• 管理・解約は iOS の「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」から行えます。
• 購入の復元機能を提供します。
• 無料利用時の書き出しにはロゴが付きます。Pro またはリワード広告の視聴でロゴなし書き出しが可能です。

5. 広告

本アプリは Google AdMob によるリワード広告を表示します。広告関連情報の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。

6. 禁止事項

法令違反、第三者の権利侵害、本アプリの不正利用・妨害等を行ってはなりません。

7. 免責・保証の否認

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性・無中断・無誤謬を保証しません。法令で認められる範囲で、利用に起因する損害について責任を負いません。

8. 責任の制限

当社の責任は、法令で認められる範囲で、利用者が当該請求の直前12か月に支払った金額を上限とします。

9. 終了

利用者が本規約に違反した場合、事前通知なく利用を停止できます。

10. 変更

当社は本規約を随時変更できます。重要な変更は適切な方法で告知します。

11. Apple に関する条項

App Store から入手した場合、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（EULA）が最低限適用されます（標準EULA）。本規約と当該 EULA が矛盾する場合、利用者と当社の関係では本規約が優先します。Apple は本アプリに関する保証・サポートの義務を負いません。

12. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、運営者の住所地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the app "Wakuru" provided by Hasegawa Yuki ("we"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

2. License

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App under these Terms. Reverse engineering, redistribution, and unauthorized modification are prohibited.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the videos and photos you edit. Editing and export happen on your device; we do not receive or store your content. You warrant you hold the necessary rights.

4. Subscriptions (Wakuru Pro)

Auto-renewable subscription; ¥4,800/year and ¥680/week (tax incl., prices may change). Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends; renewal charged within 24 hours before period end. Manage/cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore is provided. Free exports include a logo; Pro or a rewarded ad removes it.

5. Ads

The App shows rewarded ads via Google AdMob; ad-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not violate laws, infringe others' rights, or misuse/disrupt the App.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is," without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend access without notice if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes by an appropriate means.

11. Apple terms

Apple's standard EULA applies at a minimum. If these Terms conflict with it, these Terms prevail as between you and us. Apple has no obligation to provide support or warranty for the App.

12. Governing law

Governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the court having jurisdiction over the operator's address.
